My major is criminal law. I have studied about the principal in the second degree, in which someone uses another person as a tool to commit a crime, as well as issues of criminal responsibility, euthanasia, and sexual crimes.
As a research method, I have analyzed Japanese precedents and theories while referring to arguments in foreign law, especially German precedents, and theories. I have also made some recommendations regarding the state of legislation.
