Curriculum

The Faculty has established the courses, Interdisciplinary Science Courses, Humanities and Social Science Courses, Natural Science Courses, and Major Field Courses in order to nurture capable individuals who carry a wide array of perspectives. The subjects are arranged in a well-balanced way where students can acquire a range of knowledge from basic all the way to specialized. In addition, Global Courses and Data Science Courses have been established in order to cultivate skills necessary for examining social issues accurately and solving these problems in collaboration with all kinds of people. To reiterate, the curriculum is designed to fortify a good balance of basic knowledge, specialized knowledge, and collaboration methods.

General Education Courses     To acquire knowledge such as learning in university and through one’s career path, and deepen one’s understanding of diversity
Global Courses, Data Science Courses, Interdisciplinary Science Courses   To develop basic knowledge and skills to collaborate with people from all walks of life
Humanities and Social Science Courses, Natural Science Courses To cultivate the ability to approach a subject from multiple perspectives
Major Field Courses To learn specific subjects in each course to deepen one’s knowledge
Graduation Thesis     To utilize the comprehensive knowledge obtained through coursework and implement a project that connects multiple specialties
