My research specialties are business administration, innovation studies, and public administration. My research areas include organizational innovation, management cycles, and public administration management. I am interested in the initiatives, systems, corporate culture, and management cycles that enable organizations to innovate. As the size of an organization expands, vertical sectioning, sectionalism, authoritarianism begin to block innovation which is the source of freedom. By advancing research on these issues and taking countermeasures, I aim to create a world where innovation overflows.
